EphemerisX public sites at a glance

What each EphemerisX site is for, where to find it, and how the sites fit together.

Last updated September 29, 2026

EphemerisX reads public regulatory records (FDA review documents, approval and complete response letters, drug labels and SEC filings) and publishes what they say on three public sites. This page introduces each site and the conventions they share.

The three sites#

The Ephemeris#

The Ephemeris is a map of everything in the EphemerisX system. Each drug programme or company is a cluster of dots. A solid cluster has been read into the knowledge graph; a translucent one is waiting in the queue. It has three views:

  • The overview (/ephemeris/) puts every corpus on one map.
  • The FDA Ephemeris (/ephemeris/fda/) charts FDA drug approvals, starting with Alzheimer's disease.
  • The SEC Ephemeris (/ephemeris/sec/) charts what companies told investors after an FDA Complete Response Letter.

Every drug and company also has its own page on the map. See The Ephemeris overview.

Alzheimer's drugs · FDA record#

A reference site for one disease area. It lists every FDA-approved Alzheimer's drug with its label indication and status, and traces each FDA decision on the anti-amyloid antibodies (Aduhelm, Leqembi, Kisunla and Leqembi Iqlik) through five recurring regulatory questions. See Alzheimer's record overview.

FDA drug record#

A library of drug pages, grouped by disease area. Each page is built from the FDA's own review documents and label, and lists every document it read with a fingerprint you can check. See FDA drug record overview.

What the sites have in common#

  • Every quote is verbatim and links to the FDA (or SEC) document and PDF page it came from. See Reading the record.
  • Every page shows when it was last checked against the source agency.
  • Nothing is predicted or assessed. The sites report what the documents say. They do not judge whether a drug works.
  • No accounts, no cookies. Usage is counted anonymously. See Privacy and usage counts.
  • Drug pages on the Ephemeris link each FDA decision to its entry on alzheimers.ephemerisx.com.
  • The Alzheimer's record and the drug record both link every citation to the document on fda.gov.
  • Application numbers (for example BLA 761269) link to the FDA's Drugs@FDA database.
