Share links and URL parameters
Link to a specific view of the Ephemeris, and tag shared links so you can tell where readers came from.
The Ephemeris has no share button: the address in your browser is the link. This page describes what the address can carry.
Link to a grouping#
When you change Group by, the address gains a by parameter. Copy the address to share the map with that grouping.

https://ephemerisx.com/ephemeris/sec/?by=pathThe values are listed in Grouping options. An unknown value is ignored and the default grouping is used.
Link to a drug or company#
Use the item's own page, such as /ephemeris/fda/kisunla/. It opens zoomed onto the item. See Drug and company pages.
Tag a link with ref#
Add ?ref= and a short name to tell your posts apart in EphemerisX's anonymous visit counts. It changes nothing on the page.

What is not kept in the address#
The selected dot, the zoom level, the search text and open list rows are not saved in the address. A shared link opens at the default view for that page and grouping.
