Reports and connectors (preview)
How Pro is being built to deliver cited answers, reports and risk assessments into your organisation's own systems.
Organisations in high-risk industries do not work from a chat window. Decisions move through their own systems: controlled documents, risk registers, analysis platforms, trackers and programme plans, many of them built in house. Pro is being built to deliver into those systems, with every citation intact, rather than asking your team to work somewhere new.
Reports#
| Report | Holds | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Brief | An answer, its sequence of events and every source | Deal brief: OXY × Berkshire, 2019 |
| Risk memo | A risk assessment: finding, evidence, precedent, exposure | Risk memo: committee vs. FDA |
| Tracker | One row per item, kept current as the record changes | CRL tracker |
Every report can be downloaded as PDF, Word or a spreadsheet, and carries its citations, the date the record was last checked, and the line between quoted text and the model's own words.
Connectors to your systems#
Connectors send answers, assessments and records into the systems your organisation already runs, including ones developed internally:
| Your system | What Pro delivers |
|---|---|
| Documentation and document control | Cited briefs and memos filed as controlled documents, with their sources attached |
| Risk management | Assessments as risk-register entries: finding, evidence, precedent, owner, and updates when the record changes |
| Analysis and modelling | Structured records (decisions, votes, filings, events, flights) as tables your analysts and statistical tools can work with directly |
| Tracking | Items to follow (applications, letters, companies, aircraft) as tracked records that update themselves |
| Project and programme management | Regulatory milestones and dates as tasks and timelines in your plans |
| Data platforms | The same records and citations through the API, for your own warehouse and tools |
Custom connectors#
Most organisations in regulated and high-risk industries run their own stack. On the Team and Enterprise plans, connectors are scoped and built with you for the systems you use, whether commercial or developed in house, so the evidence arrives where your review, approval and audit processes already happen.
